Samedi 1er avril, plus d’une centaine habitants sont venus d\u00e9couvrir, \u00e0 travers une balade sur site anim\u00e9e par l\u2019architecte paysagiste retenu, les am\u00e9nagements du futur parc paysager riche de 17 hectares.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 quelques esquisses lors de la d\u00e9signation du cabinet d\u2019architecte-paysagiste fin janvier,<\/a><\/strong> la Ville a souhait\u00e9 organiser une nouvelle journ\u00e9e sur le site de l\u2019ancienne friche industrielle afin que les habitants puissent appr\u00e9hender et s\u2019approprier les propositions d\u2019am\u00e9nagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Malgr\u00e9 une m\u00e9t\u00e9o peu cl\u00e9mente, 120 habitants sont venus d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 quoi ressemblera le futur parc Auguste Badin. R\u00e9partis par petits groupes sur toute la journ\u00e9e, ils ont pu percevoir le projet aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019agence \u00ab Laure Planchais Paysage & Urbanisme \u00bb et sa dizaine de visuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Barentinois ont pu constater au cours de la balade que l\u2019histoire industrielle, urbaine et humaine des \u00e9tablissements Badin sera omnipr\u00e9sente. De la conservation des b\u00e2timents qui abriteront notamment un cin\u00e9ma et un mus\u00e9e num\u00e9rique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux comme le lin pour le mobilier, la signal\u00e9tique ou encore des jeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les ambiances et v\u00e9g\u00e9tations sp\u00e9cifiques du site seront conserv\u00e9es et valoris\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019instar de l\u2019arboretum qui abrite actuellement plus d\u2019une quarantaine d\u2019arbres remarquables, vestiges du parc de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de Monsieur Badin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, le parc int\u00e8grera \u00ab cinq folies architecturales \u00bb qui participeront \u00e0 la composition du parc. Ces ouvrages, inspir\u00e9s de l\u2019architecture des usines Badin avec la brique et le motif d\u2019arcades, seront riches et vari\u00e9s : buvette, moulin restaur\u00e9, mur d\u2019exposition, labyrinthe et \u00ab manoir aux chauves-souris \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin d\u2019accueillir des visiteurs, des places de stationnement sur sol perm\u00e9able pour respecter l\u2019environnement du site seront r\u00e9parties au nord et au sud du parc. Des passerelles permettront \u00e9galement d\u2019acc\u00e9der au site depuis diff\u00e9rents endroits comme la voie verte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec un d\u00e9but des travaux fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019automne, la majeure partie du parc pourrait \u00eatre termin\u00e9e au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, le projet int\u00e8grera de nombreux \u00e9quipements de jeux et de sports. Afin de les d\u00e9finir, la Ville organise de nouveaux ateliers participatifs mercredi 3 mai.<\/strong> Les habitants pourront exprimer leurs envies concernant les \u00e9quipements sportifs (city stade, terrains de baskets, volley, badminton, street workout\u2026), les espaces de jeux pour enfants et le skatepark.
