Face \u00e0 la persistance des d\u00e9lais d’attente importants pour la d\u00e9livrance des titres d’identit\u00e9, la ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e en charge des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en place un plan d’urgence afin d’augmenter le nombre de rendez-vous propos\u00e9s avant l’\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Malgr\u00e9 les efforts mis en \u0153uvre collectivement, le d\u00e9lai d’attente pour l’obtention d’un rendez-vous en mairie, qui est de 78 jours en Seine-Maritime, reste incompatible avec les exigences d’un service public de qualit\u00e9. Depuis la r\u00e9forme, seules certaines mairies sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de machines agr\u00e9\u00e9es permettant la d\u00e9livrance des passeports et des cartes nationales d’identit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ville de Barentin s’est toujours organis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux \u00e0 la demande des usagers et fait partie des communes qui traitent le plus de demandes chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Malgr\u00e9 tout, au niveau national et d\u00e9partemental, les d\u00e9lais d’attente pour obtenir un rendez-vous dans une des mairies \u00e9quip\u00e9es est encore trop long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ville de Barentin a donc r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l’appel de la pr\u00e9fecture et s’est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 pouvoir augmenter de 20% sa capacit\u00e9 de traitement des demandes de titres d’identit\u00e9 jusqu’\u00e0 la fin du mois de juin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce sont ainsi 5 heures hebdomadaires suppl\u00e9mentaires qui seront consacr\u00e9es pour accueillir les personnes ayant besoin d’obtenir un titre d’identit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce dispositif ponctuel sera mis en place \u00e0 compter du lundi 15 mai et jusqu’au 30 juin 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour une d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un passeport ou d\u2019une carte nationale d\u2019identit\u00e9, la prise de rendez-vous se fait par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 l\u2019accueil de la Mairie : 02 32 94 90 20.
