Samedi 24 juin, l\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00ab Place aux enfants \u00bb s\u2019est invit\u00e9e \u00e0 la kermesse des \u00e9coles la Champmesl\u00e9-Fontenelle et la M\u00e9sang\u00e8re. L\u2019objectif : encourager les enfants et leurs parents aux mobilit\u00e9s douces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lanc\u00e9e par la municipalit\u00e9 en 2021, l\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0Place aux enfants\u00a0\u00bb a pour vocation d\u2019adapter la ville \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 des enfants, les sensibiliser \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et identifier notamment les zones dangereuses entre leur domicile et leur \u00e9tablissement scolaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s les \u00e9tablissements scolaires Bernard Havel, Marcel Dupr\u00e9, Andr\u00e9 Marie et Pierre B\u00e9r\u00e9govoy lors des \u00e9ditions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les \u00e9lus du conseil municipal accompagn\u00e9s dans leur d\u00e9marche par la police municipale et le service transition \u00e9cologique ont profit\u00e9 de la kermesse des \u00e9coles de la Champmesl\u00e9-Fontenelle et de la M\u00e9sang\u00e8re pour rencontrer les enfants et leurs parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Depuis la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 des passages prot\u00e9g\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires et recruter un nouvel agent municipal\u00a0\u00bb <\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Matthieu M\u00e9ron, conseiller municipal \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de ce projet avec Maryse Le Bou\u00ebtt\u00e9, adjointe au Maire en charge de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, les a invit\u00e9 \u00e0 t\u00e9moigner des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es pour se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 pied, en v\u00e9lo ou en trottinette. \u00ab \u00c0 l’aide d’une carte du quartier en question, nous recueillons l\u2019ensemble des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience puis nous \u00e9changeons par la suite avec les services municipaux. Depuis la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plusieurs am\u00e9nagements \u00e0 l\u2019instar de la cr\u00e9ation de deux nouveaux passages prot\u00e9g\u00e9s ou le recrutement d\u2019un agent municipal pour s\u00e9curiser une travers\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre les traditionnelles parties de chamboule-tout ou de tirs au but, les \u00e9coliers ont \u00e9galement pu r\u00e9parer leur v\u00e9lo aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la Bicyclerie d\u2019Yvetot, partir \u00e0 \u00ab la p\u00eache aux voitures \u00bb, tester leur habilet\u00e9 \u00e0 v\u00e9lo au travers d\u2019un parcours propos\u00e9 par la police municipale ou encore r\u00e9aliser une fresque collaborative \u00e0 l\u2019aide de peinture \u00e9cologique. Des ateliers p\u00e9dagogiques mais tr\u00e8s ludiques qui se confondaient avec la kermesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthieu M\u00e9ron et Maryse Le Bou\u00ebtt\u00e9 remercient leurs coll\u00e8gues \u00e9lus qui se sont mobilis\u00e9s en nombre, les agents de la police municipale et Fran\u00e7ois Philippe, charg\u00e9 de transition \u00e9cologique, ainsi que le corps enseignant et les parents pour leur collaboration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
