Une grande f\u00eate se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 l’occasion des 50 ans de la zone commerciale du Mesnil-Roux. Le point d\u2019orgue des festivit\u00e9s se d\u00e9roulera samedi 21 octobre \u00e0 16h30 sur le parking du centre commercial avec l\u2019organisation d\u2019un madison g\u00e9ant au profit d\u2019Octobre Rose.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inaugur\u00e9e en 1973 par Andr\u00e9 Marie, la zone commerciale du Mesnil-Roux est l\u2019une des plus importantes de Normandie. Elle compte pr\u00e8s de 2 500 emplois pour 224 enseignes. \u00c0 la veille de sa cinquanti\u00e8me bougie, la Communaut\u00e9 de communes Caux Austreberthe a lanc\u00e9 une \u00e9tude afin de la repenser. L\u2019am\u00e9liorer. La diversifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette transformation aura pour vocation de la renaturer, la rendre accessible par des modes de transports \u00e9cologiques \u00e0 l\u2019instar du v\u00e9lo ou d\u2019une ligne de bus, offrir des services de proximit\u00e9 et de l\u2019emploi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, le gouvernement a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 lundi 11 septembre un programme de transformation des zones commerciales<\/a><\/strong> qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e0 trente territoires pour les aider \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis environnementaux, territoriaux et \u00e9conomiques. Christophe Bouillon, Pr\u00e9sident de la Communaut\u00e9 de communes Caux-Austreberthe et maire de Barentin, a annonc\u00e9 d\u00e9poser la candidature du Mesnil-Roux afin qu\u2019elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de ce dispositif, en lien avec les r\u00e9flexions et travaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En attendant de conna\u00eetre la r\u00e9ponse, la Communaut\u00e9 de communes Caux-Austreberthe, le Centre Commercial Barentin et le Club des entreprises de Barentin, en partenariat avec la Ville et Horizon La radio libre, ont concoct\u00e9 un riche programme d\u2019animations pour f\u00eater les 50 ans de la zone commerciale. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du 20 octobre au 4 novembre, la galerie du centre commercial et les diff\u00e9rentes enseignes de la zone du Mesnil-Roux seront en f\u00eate et proposeront de nombreux stands avec des lots \u00e0 la cl\u00e9. Point d\u2019orgue de ces festivit\u00e9s : un madison g\u00e9ant au profit d\u2019Octobre Rose Samedi 21 octobre \u00e0 16h30 sur le parking du centre commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les habitants de Barentin, et les cinq millions de visiteurs annuels de la zone, sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 venir instaurer le record du monde du plus grand madison organis\u00e9 dans une zone commerciale. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera anim\u00e9 par DJ Robbie et DJ Marco, avec le soutien de Fabrice Show, et scrut\u00e9 par un huissier pour l\u2019homologation. Des cartes souvenirs seront propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la vente et l\u2019ensemble des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sera revers\u00e9 au Centre R\u00e9gional de Coordination du D\u00e9pistage des Cancers et \u00e0 la Ligue contre le cancer de Seine-Maritime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des animations seront \u00e9galement disponibles toute la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019instar des jeux \u00ab Tetris \u00bb, \u00ab Just Dance \u00bb ou encore de la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une piscine \u00e0 balles. Une f\u00eate familiale et conviviale qui se dessine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
